1) Service scope
NOUS provides controlled, best-effort access to live video streams from selected underwater cameras. The service is offered for observational and informational purposes.
Camera availability, viewing quality, and performance may vary depending on environmental conditions and technical constraints.
2) Access methods
Access to the service may be provided in two ways:
- Login-based access for authorized users.
- Temporary access via emailed token (time-limited link).
Temporary token rules
- Token requests are available at any time.
- Access links may be one-time use and may expire automatically.
- A waiting period applies before requesting a new token. This waiting period may change without prior notice.
- After your session ends, you may request a new access link after 2 hours.
4) Availability, maintenance, and restrictions
The service may be temporarily unavailable and NOUS does not guarantee continuous access.
Access may be limited or unavailable due to:
- Technical maintenance or upgrades
- Security reasons
- Operational constraints
- Restrictions imposed by the Greek Ministry of Culture
- Other regulatory or external requirements
The set of available cameras may change from time to time without prior notice.
5) Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or session limits.
- Do not interfere with the service, infrastructure, or camera operation.
- Do not share or resell temporary access links.
- Any misuse may result in restriction or blocking of access.
NOUS may apply technical measures to protect service stability and security.
6) Privacy & GDPR
Email addresses and access timestamps may be processed for controlled access, session management, security, and auditability.

7) Limitation of liability
NOUS is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, inability to access the service, or interruptions due to maintenance, security, regulatory constraints, or external factors.
8) Changes to these Terms
NOUS may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
